Shipping Policy

Available stock items are normally shipped out within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order but that does not include time in transit.
Stock items are normally carried in inventory and are available for shipping right away. 
For Custom Orders shipping time vary and depends on the order. Please contact us for detailed information.

Charges are not put through at time of order. We will always adjust shipping charges to actual cost of shipping. 

ES Performance Inc. reserves the right to upgrade or change the shipping method selected on any order to a faster service. ES Performance Inc. may also change the shipping service to an appropriate service when the selected service cannot be used.
Orders shipped outside the continental US and to all other international destinations are shipped via USPS Global unless otherwise specified. For international orders the shipping rate will be adjusted accordingly after the order is placed and the Flat rate or Free shipping will be changed and shipping rate will apply.
For international orders, ES Performance Inc. is not responsible for any additional charges incurred by customs offices or Duty and VAT taxes that may be applicable. Please check with your local customs offices before ordering.   
ES Performance Inc. is not responsible for any product or timeline once it has been released to the shipping company. 
In case of a damaged package or items missing from the order, the customer must  keep all packaging for inspection by shipping agency and notify ES Performance Inc. within 24 hours of delivery.  Without the packaging a loss claim cannot be filed.

 

Return Policy

We can accept returns or exchange a product within 14 days from purchase. All items must be in brand new condition, unworn, with all hangtags and labels and with the original package. We will exchange or return any item that is defective due to а manifacturing process.
